We are excited to partner with the Vintage Conservatory private members club to host this one-of-a-kind gastronomic soirée at their brand new King St. location.

Enjoy a warm welcome and a glass of traditional method sparkling wine, before settling in to a gourmet feast for the senses, overlooking Roy Thompson Hall.
The dinner will showcase a thoughtfully crafted 4-course menu where the Istrian white truffle reigns supreme.
The very best of the region's wines have been selected to complement the menu - wines that share the same terroir as the star of the culinary show.
