Ante Sladic Lasina
Tasting Notes: This is a very rare and old variety that’s low yielding, demanding and difficult to grow but produces intensely aromatic fruit of exceptional quality. Sometimes it’s referred to as Dalmatian Pinot Noir because of its elegance and style. This Lasina is an elegant, flirtatious, complex and fruit forward wine with unique floral aromas. "Dry, medium-bodied with tangy acidity that tantalizes the palate. Flavors of tart cherry, red currants and earth are concentrated on the palate. Silky smooth wine with a long finish. Really a pretty wine." (palmandvine.com)
