Tasting Notes: "This malvazija pours fairly deep lemon yellow - almost into gold - signifying some maturity. It may also have to do with late picking, as I get some honeyed, dried skin character on the nose. Also quite floral, waxy and spicy - exotic aromatics. It is full bodied, fairly dense, glycerol yet dry with a lemon rind, spicy finish. Full flavoured with excellent length." David Lawrason, Wine Align Critic (92 pts)

Vinification: Harvested by hand. Manual selection of the grapes. Fermentation in steel tank. 20 days maceration. Aged for 12 months in Slavonian oak (2000L) and a further 6 months in the bottle.
