Tasting Notes: Bone-dry rose made of Merlot and Teran. On the nose it is abundant raspberries and strawberries. Medium body and firm structure, but playful and fresh, this summer wine is a lovely companion for the whole meal.

Vinification: Grapes are harvested by hand and manually selected. Grapes undergo cryo maceration for 5 – 6 hours, prior to pressing and fermentation. Wine ages in stainless steel for 8 months.
