Stampar Pušipel
Tasting Notes: A light and lively wine. It has a clear yellowish-green hue. Herbal notes such as dry hay are dominant in the smell, followed by plenty of citrus fruits with a slight hint of flowers. The taste is full and well-rounded, while the alcohol content remains desirably mild. The acidity is lively and refreshing, counterbalanced by smaller quantities of unfermented sugar, which gives the wine an attractive sweet & sour effect. The aftertaste is perhaps the most beautiful element - it is extremely fruity, with a pleasant, slightly bitter finish.
Pairing Recommendation: A fresh summer wine, it pairs well with summer salads, fish, white meat, risotto and pasta with cheese-based sauces.
Serving Recommendation: 10-12 °C
Vinification: Classic stainless steel production.
